Before you tell us about your medication.
We're going to ask which GLP-1 medication you take, how long you've been on it, and how your appetite is. This counts as sensitive health information under the Australian Privacy Act, so we want to be upfront about how we use it.
- ▸What we ask: medication, time on it, appetite, and your goal. Nothing else.
- ▸What we use it for: matching you to one of three meal phases (ON / TRANSITIONING / MAINTENANCE). That's it. No marketing to your prescriber, no third-party sharing for advertising.
- ▸Where it's stored: Australian-hosted servers, encrypted, accessible only to authorised Preptide staff. See our Privacy Policy.
- ▸What we are not: we are not your doctor. Preptide is food. The phase recommendation is a guide for choosing meals, not a treatment plan.
If you can't tick both of these honestly, the right move is to talk to your prescriber first and come back when you've checked. We'll still be here.
What are you on right now?
Pick whichever fits — we don't share this with anyone.
How long have you been on it?
Or how long since you stopped, if you've come off.
How's your appetite right now?
Honest answer — this is what we tune your portions to.
What's your goal for the next 3 months?
We'll tune your phase recommendation to this.
TRANSITIONING
Your appetite is returning. We'll send you high-volume, fiber-rich meals at 350–500 calories with 35–45g of protein each — the re-feeding window, dialed in.
Where should we deliver?
This is a meal recommendation, not medical advice. Your phase assignment is based on the four answers above and our nutrition framework — not your full medical history, blood work, or your prescriber's plan. Show this page to your prescribing doctor or accredited dietitian before you start, especially if you're newly on, tapering off, or post-surgical.
Preptide does not treat, prevent, or modify any condition. Outcomes vary between individuals.
