Ozempic meals, delivered — high-protein, portion-aligned, ready in minutes.
When your appetite shrinks on Ozempic, every mouthful has to count. Preptide is Australia's GLP-1 meal subscription — fresh, high-protein meals built for a smaller appetite and designed to support your journey on Ozempic, Wegovy and Mounjaro. Delivered weekly across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.
Built for a smaller appetite.
Ozempic and other GLP-1 medications quieten your hunger signals. You eat less — so the few core meals you do eat have to do far more work for your body.
Protein-forward core meals.
When portions get small, protein has to stay front and centre. Core meals are selected around meaningful protein targets, while snacks and drinks are separated so their macros are clear.
Lower fat, no added sugar.
High-fat, sugary meals can feel heavy and unsettling when your stomach is sensitive. We keep fat moderate, added sugar out, and flavour generous — so meals sit lightly.
Sized to how you actually eat.
Portions are calibrated to a GLP-1 appetite — never a giant tray you can't finish and never so little you're depleted. Gentle on the stomach, easy to finish.
Protect your muscle while you lose weight.
Published research suggests lean mass can make up a meaningful share of weight lost during GLP-1-assisted weight loss. Adequate protein and resistance training are practical ways to support strength, function and body composition while appetite is lower.
That's why Preptide is protein-forward. Our program is built around protein targets you can discuss with your clinician, commonly around 1.2–1.6g per kilogram per day across a full week's plan, while keeping portions realistic for a smaller appetite.
Three phases that move with your medication.
Your needs on day one of Ozempic aren't your needs when you taper off. Preptide shifts with you — switch phase anytime from your dashboard.
On the medication
Appetite suppressed. Smaller, protein-dense, low-fat meals that are gentle on the stomach. Roughly 250–350 cal.
Coming off
Hunger returns as you taper. High-volume real food keeps you satisfied without undoing your progress. Roughly 300–450 cal.
Off and steady
Sustainable everyday eating with considered starches and more variety. Built to keep results, not just chase them. Roughly 450–600 cal.
Works for Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro & Saxenda.
Whether you're on semaglutide (Ozempic, Wegovy), tirzepatide (Mounjaro) or liraglutide (Saxenda), the nutritional challenge is the same: a smaller appetite and a real need to protect muscle. Preptide's high-protein, portion-aligned meals are built for all of them.
And because Preptide is food, no prescription is needed to order. We don't supply or prescribe medication — we make the meals that work alongside it.
What's on the menu.
Not bland chicken and broccoli. Chicken, fish and beef dishes, bowls, protein pizzas and cold-pressed juices — fresh never frozen, with around 30–50g of protein and 166–600 calories depending on your phase.
Creamy Mushroom Power Bowl

Evidence used for the Ozempic meal framework
Preptide does not supply or advise on medication. These references explain why the nutrition focus is smaller portions, adequate protein, and easier-to-tolerate meals:

Questions, answered.
Are these meals safe to eat with Ozempic?
Preptide meals are food, not medication, and are designed to support a smaller appetite while you're on a GLP-1 like Ozempic — high in protein, lower in fat and free from added sugar. We are not a medical service, so always follow your prescriber's guidance and talk to your doctor or accredited dietitian about your individual needs.
Do I need a prescription to order?
No. Preptide delivers food, so no prescription is required. We do not supply, prescribe or sell any medication. You simply choose the phase that matches where you are on your GLP-1 journey and we deliver fresh meals weekly.
How much protein is in each meal?
Core meals are selected around phase-specific protein targets, and every item shows calories, protein, carbs and fat before you add it. Snacks and drinks are separated from core meals so you can plan them around your daily protein goal.
Are the meals fresh or frozen?
Fresh, never frozen. Meals are cooked in our Australian kitchen and delivered chilled each week, ready to heat in a few minutes.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver fresh weekly across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane metro areas (NSW, VIC and QLD). Delivery is free on an active subscription.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can skip a week, pause, change your phase or cancel anytime from your dashboard — no phone call and no lock-in contract.
