Terms & Conditions

These terms govern every Preptide order. They work together with our Health Acknowledgement and Privacy Policy — the three documents together are the agreement between us. We've kept the language as plain as we could.

1 · Who we are

Preptide is operated by Bodyplanz Pty Ltd, trading as Preptide ("Preptide", "we", "us"). You can reach us at info@preptide.com.au.

By creating an account, completing checkout, or placing an order, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old to order.

2 · What Preptide is (and isn't)

Preptide is a ready-made meal delivery service. Our menus are designed around the practical needs of people using, transitioning off, or maintaining after GLP-1 medications — but Preptide is food, not medical advice, medication, or treatment.

  • We do not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any condition, and nothing on our site is a substitute for advice from your prescribing doctor, pharmacist, or an accredited practising dietitian.
  • Phase suggestions and meal recommendations are generated from your quiz answers. They are food suggestions only. Confirm any dietary change with your clinician, especially if your medication or dose has changed.
  • We are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the makers of any GLP-1 medication.
  • The Health Acknowledgement you accept at checkout forms part of these terms.

3 · Your account

  • Keep your details (email, phone, delivery address) accurate and current — deliveries and legally required notices rely on them.
  • You are responsible for activity under your login. Tell us promptly at info@preptide.com.au if you suspect unauthorised access.
  • One account per person. Accounts are not transferable.

4 · Subscriptions & the weekly cutoff

Preptide is a weekly recurring subscription unless you choose a one-off order at checkout.

How the cycle works

  • Your first order is charged when you place it at checkout. Your card is securely saved with our payment provider (Stripe) so following weeks can be billed automatically.
  • Every delivery zone has one weekly order cutoff. Your zone's exact cutoff day and time, and your delivery day, are shown at checkout and on your dashboard. Cutoffs differ between zones.
  • Until your cutoff, the upcoming week is fully editable: swap meals, change phase, skip, pause, or cancel from your dashboard.
  • At the cutoff, your upcoming week locks and is charged to your saved card. After cutoff, that week's order is with the kitchen and can no longer be changed, skipped, or cancelled.
  • Each following week continues on the same plan unless you change it before that week's cutoff.

Skipping, pausing, cancelling

  • You can skip individual weeks (up to 4 consecutive weeks), pause for a set period, or cancel at any time from your dashboard — no phone call required.
  • Skips, pauses, and cancellations take effect from the first week that has not yet passed its cutoff. Weeks already locked and charged are fulfilled as ordered.

5 · Pricing & payment

  • All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.
  • Per-meal pricing, volume tiers, minimum order size, any delivery fee, and any free-delivery threshold are the ones displayed at checkout when you order. We may change pricing for future weeks; changes never apply to a week that has already been charged.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. If a recurring charge fails, we will notify you and may retry; the affected delivery may be suspended until payment succeeds.
  • Account credit is applied automatically to your next charge. Credit has no cash value, is not transferable or redeemable for cash, and expires if your account is closed for fraud or abuse.

6 · Delivery

  • We currently deliver to Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane metropolitan postcodes. Serviceability is confirmed by the postcode check at checkout.
  • Meals are delivered chilled in insulated packaging on your zone's delivery day. A tracking link is sent the day before delivery.
  • If you give delivery instructions for an unattended drop-off (for example, "leave by the side gate"), the order is at your risk once delivered in line with those instructions. Refrigerate your meals promptly on arrival.
  • If a delivery fails because the address or instructions you gave were incorrect or inaccessible, we may charge for the order. If a delivery fails through our fault or our courier's, we will replace, credit, or refund it.

7 · Food safety & allergens

Allergen warning. Preptide meals are prepared in a kitchen that handles all major allergens, including peanuts, tree nuts, milk, eggs, wheat (gluten), soy, sesame, fish, shellfish, and lupin. Trace amounts may be present in any meal regardless of its listed ingredients. If you have a severe or anaphylactic allergy, do not order.
  • Check each meal's ingredient and allergen panel before ordering. Filters (for example "gluten-free") reflect recipes, not a certified allergen-free production line.
  • Follow the storage and use-by guidance on each meal's label. Do not eat meals past their use-by date or meals that have been left unrefrigerated.
  • Nutrition values are per-serve estimates and may vary between batches, as described in the Health Acknowledgement.

8 · Problems, refunds & your ACL rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies those guarantees or any right or remedy you have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) where doing so would be void.

  • If a meal arrives damaged, spoiled, incorrect, or otherwise not of acceptable quality, contact info@preptide.com.au as soon as reasonably possible. Photos of the item and packaging help us resolve issues quickly. We will replace, credit, or refund as the Australian Consumer Law requires.
  • Because meals are perishable and made to order for your locked week, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds after your zone's cutoff, except where the Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise. Before cutoff you can freely edit or skip the week, so nothing is payable for weeks you've skipped.
  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method; credits go to your Preptide account, whichever you prefer where the law allows a choice.

9 · Promo codes, credits & referrals

  • Promo codes apply per order, are not stackable unless stated, may carry eligibility conditions (for example, first order only, minimum spend), and may be modified or withdrawn for future orders at any time.
  • Referral rewards are credited when the referred person completes a qualifying first order. Self-referrals, bulk distribution, or other gaming of the program may result in reversal of credits and account suspension.

10 · Acceptable use & intellectual property

  • Don't misuse the site: no unlawful activity, no attempts to access other customers' data, no scraping at a scale that degrades the service, no reselling Preptide meals commercially without our written agreement.
  • The Preptide name, logo, site content, photography, and recipes-as-published are our intellectual property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce them commercially without permission.

11 · Liability

To the extent permitted by law — and always subject to your Australian Consumer Law rights, which these terms do not limit — we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to resupplying the relevant meals or refunding the amount you paid for them.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

12 · Suspension & changes to these terms

  • We may suspend or close accounts used fraudulently, abusively, or in breach of these terms. Locked, paid weeks are still delivered or refunded.
  • We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes we will give notice by email or on your dashboard before the change applies. The version you accepted, and when, is logged in your account. Continued ordering after notice means you accept the updated terms; if you don't, cancel before your next cutoff and nothing further is charged.

13 · Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. If part of these terms is found invalid, the rest still applies.
