High protein meal delivery · Australia

Protein-forward meals for when every bite has to count.

When appetite is low, days are busy or you're simply eating fewer meals, hitting a protein target gets harder — not easier. Preptide's high protein meal delivery makes it practical: fresh core meals that put protein first, with the full macro panel visible on every item before you order, delivered weekly across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.

Density over volume

Why protein density matters when portions are small.

On a full-size plate, protein can afford to share space with everything else. On a small plate, it can't. If you're eating 250 to 400 calories at a sitting — because of a GLP-1 medication, a naturally light appetite or a deliberate cut — a meal that's mostly rice and sauce quietly crowds protein out, and the daily total falls short without you noticing.

The fix isn't a bigger plate. It's a denser one: meals where a large share of the calories arrives as protein, so a small serve still delivers a meaningful dose. A common guide is 20 to 40 grams of protein per main meal, building toward roughly 1.2 to 1.6 grams per kilogram of body weight per day — targets worth confirming with your clinician, because individual needs vary.

No guesswork, no fine print

An honest menu: macros on every item.

"High protein" is an easy label to print and a hard one to verify. We'd rather show you the numbers and let the menu speak for itself.

01 · MACROS SHOWN

Numbers before checkout.

Calories, protein, carbohydrates and fat appear on every menu item before you add it. You can total a week's protein while you build the order, not after it arrives.

02 · CORE MEALS

Core meals are protein-forward.

Mains — chicken, fish and beef dishes, bowls and protein pizzas — are selected around phase-specific protein targets, with many sitting around 30 to 50 grams per serve.

03 · SNACKS & DRINKS

Extras are listed separately.

Snacks and cold-pressed drinks live in their own section with their own macros. We don't fold them into the core menu or imply every item on the list is a protein hit — they're extras, planned around your appetite.

That separation is deliberate. If a service claims everything it sells is high protein, the definition of "high protein" is doing a lot of work. At Preptide the claim is narrower and checkable: core meals are protein-forward, extras are labelled as extras, and every number is on the item. See how a full week stacks up on this week's menu, or read our guide to protein on GLP-1 medications for the reasoning behind the targets.

Built for smaller serves

Who high protein delivery suits best.

The common thread isn't a goal — it's a constraint. Fewer calories in, but the protein requirement doesn't shrink to match.

GLP-1 USERS

On Ozempic, Wegovy or Mounjaro.

Appetite suppression makes protein density the whole game — small serves that still carry a real protein dose, in a menu organised by phase. Start with our GLP-1 meals guide or the Ozempic meals page.

STRENGTH TRAINERS

Training with a target.

If you lift and track, the macro panel does the work: build lunches and dinners to a daily protein figure without weighing chicken breast on a Sunday night.

OLDER ADULTS

Protecting lean mass.

Appetite often eases with age while protein needs stay meaningful for strength and function. Ready-to-heat, protein-forward serves lower the effort barrier on quiet days.

SMALL APPETITES

Naturally light eaters.

Some people simply can't face a 700-calorie tray. Portion-aligned meals mean finishing the plate is normal, not an achievement — and the protein still lands.

Fresh, weekly, flexible

A fresh weekly model, never frozen.

Preptide runs on a weekly rhythm. Choose your meals, and after the weekly cutoff they're cooked fresh in our Australian kitchen, chilled and delivered cold to Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane metro — never frozen at any point. Refrigerate on arrival and heat each meal in about three minutes.

The subscription bends with your week: skip, pause, swap meals or cancel anytime from your dashboard before cutoff, with no lock-in contract and free delivery while your subscription is active. The 60-second quiz is the quickest way to get a starting menu matched to your appetite; the GLP-1 meal checklist is a useful companion if you're planning protein around a medication.

STUDIES AND REFERENCES

The evidence behind protein-forward eating

Higher-protein diets have been studied for effects on body weight, satiety and body composition. A 2012 systematic review in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition reported benefits across several cardiometabolic and weight-related outcomes, while noting that diet quality and context matter. Resistance training plus protein has also been studied in relation to lean mass and strength: a 2018 meta-analysis in the British Journal of Sports Medicine found protein supplementation can augment resistance-training adaptations, especially when training is consistent.

High protein FAQ

Questions, answered.

Are all Preptide menu items high protein?

No, and we're deliberate about that. Core meals are protein-forward and selected around phase-specific protein targets. Snacks and drinks are listed separately with their own macros shown, so you can see exactly what each item contributes rather than assuming everything on the menu is a protein hit.

How much protein is in each meal?

It varies by dish and phase — many core meals sit around 30 to 50 grams of protein — and every item shows its calories, protein, carbs and fat before you add it. A common guide is 20 to 40 grams of protein per main meal, but your clinician or dietitian can set the right target for you.

Do I need to be on a GLP-1 medication to order?

No. Preptide is food, and anyone can order. The menu is designed around smaller, protein-dense serves, which also suits strength trainers managing intake, older adults protecting lean mass, and people with naturally small appetites.

Are the meals fresh or frozen?

Fresh, never frozen. Meals are cooked in our Australian kitchen, chilled and delivered cold each week. Refrigerate on arrival and heat in about three minutes.

Where does Preptide deliver?
